From a few months ago?..
There was a picture in a cartoon strip of Muhammad.. In the Islamic religion Muhammad has the same standing as Jesus... he is a prophet; they believe Muhammad is the prohet after Jesus. Islam is a newer religion than Christianity.. When starting the religion and its laws, they saw how in Christianity Jesus was worshiped and adored more than God himself and did not want this happening for them.. So in the Islamic religion it is forbidden to show dipictions of Muhammad. It doesn't matter WHAT Muhammad looked like; what matters is what he did and the Qu'ran. Depicting him is violating one of their religious laws.
How would Christians like it if graphic cartoons were published showing Priests very obscenely violating and raping little boys? Its on the same level.
Because of 9/11 and the war in Iraq, a FEW Islamic extremists out of millions of rather ordinary and peaceful Muslims, Americans feel they have some right to make fun of the people and religion.
Grow up. Get a life. EDUCATE YOURSELF! End the cycle of ignorance.

And here you see Hussam Abdu, a 16-year-old boy who had that bomb strapped to his body and he gave up. He did not want to die. Well, “The U.S. blocks U.N. Security Council rebuke of Israel. [USA Today, Bill Nichols & Barbara Slavin]. you know, i am absolutely shocked that they're using children to commit suicide in order to promote their terrorism.
A sheik, Ahmed Yassin, trained these children and they put him to death and everyone is complaining now. Wait a minute! Don't you believe the Bible? The Bible says in the Noahic Covenant, “Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by him shall man's blood be shed”, Genesis 9:5,6. Under the Mosiac Covenant, Exodus 20 verse 13, “Thou shall not kill”. The Hebrew there is murder. Turn the page. “He that smites a man so that he dies shall be put to death", Leviticus 24:17.
This man was training these little children to put bombs in their body and this kid says, “They gave me $25 and told me I'd have 72 virgins”. What would a 16-year-old do with them? He probably wouldn't know what to do. How sad. Yet this man who was killed was behind all of this. What did you say, Jesus? In Mark 9:42, “Whosoever shall offend one of these little children that believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged around his neck and he were cast into the sea.”
Now, that sounds like capital punishment to me. You drop a guy into the sea and he's gone. And the policemen and military men are ministers of God and they bear not the sword in vain, Romans 13:14. That's not for peeling potatoes. I say murderers should be put to death. Even some of these juveniles who are killing everyone around this country.

u ppl who throw their parents to old-houses, and check on them once or twice a yr to see if they are still alive or Not, will Never understand the respect of the elders, so i don't expect u to respect other ppl's faith/beliefs/Religion, and also i wouldn't expect u to Respect the Prophets of ALLAH (GOD) who were The Most Righteous ppl of All.
Point is : Muslims flip out, 'coz we have backbone (spine) to take offence in what is offended. we won't take insults lying down like a bi**h. and all ppl should respect others Beliefs, 'coz if i want respect for myself, i have to respect u. but if u won't respect me, then i won't respect u, either. Why is it that most other religions know that their god(s) are self reliant and can protect themselves/ himself/herself..
Only Allah seems to be impotent enough so that his followers are compelled to scream and threaten others in order to protect him and his prophet. Surely Allah (i.e. God), is mightier than that.

It was a cartoon insulting their prophet. It is like making a cartoon that insults Jesus in Christianity.

Exodus 20:4-6 records the Second Commandment. God specifically defined the forbidden ways that were used to worship idols. He realized human nature’s tendency to justify loopholes around His instructions
Initially there were pictures and paintings of muhammed-pbuh but when Allah ordered muhammed-pbuh, since then paintings, idols and any image is forbidden in Islam. actually when an artist tries capturing the human or any life form in art, and presents it for the whole world to see, then we appreciate the image, rather than the true beauty of God the painting or sculpture was inspired from.
is it not wrong to worship a false image when u consider him God.? christians agree that the image of Jesus-pbuh was an interpretation of an artist, but yet again beleive that it was how jesus-pbuh looked like.
let me make one thing very clear to u. LOVE FOR GOD does or his prophets does not come from the images, crosses and tasbis in our hands and necks. theLOVE FOR GOD SHOULD BE IN UR HEART FOREVER. thats important and thats what counts.
