I go out alot and meet alot of people, but no one seems to have that special something that makes me want to stick around. My friends/family says it's me, and that I'm too picky. Are they right? Where's the defining line between the fault residing on me, and the fault residing on fate?

well, my initial thoughts is that people always hold such high expectations; but then maybe you just haven't found anyone interesting yet. if it seems that way to you then that is how it is. don;t listen to others-good luck!

You know what-- so many people out there are miserable because they were either TOO picky or NOT picky Enough.

You've got to find the Middle ground and realize that not everyone is perfect. Life is one long rocky road without perfection at all.

don't blame it on fate. it's not wrong to be picky but too picky, you will end up being a spinster.

it's the imperfections that make us perfect! we are human, for God's sake! are you that perfect and good enough for some one else. it's ok to have a high-standard but being to picky (snobby) is not ok.

i'm sure all of the soulmates of each couple have the criterias their partners wanted but i'm sure they too have the imperfections that their couples don't want but they live happily!

it's about toleration! you have to take the good and the bad, it's in the package! let yourself loose a bit!

just sit back, relax, breathe. It's not you at all honey. Seriously, I am one of the world's most pickest when it comes to that but we are talking about your love life and who you want to be with for the rest of your life. Don't ever look for love, for then is when love will find you.
Just be the best you you could possibly be and realize that there really is someone out there waiting for you - it's just a matter of time when there will be a connection.
Best wishes to you!

Give it time and Mr Right will come along. If you force the issue, you may/will get frustrated. Just relax and have fun looking for him.

dont date too much. you're acting too desperate. if you aren't happy with yourself, you're not ready to date. make a list of the qualities you want in your guy. try to stick with your list.
