why does a guy act like if he isn't intrested in a girl and then when he sees her with another guy he starts to talk...and acting like he is jealous? should i just ask him how he feels about me and get it over with or should i just let it go

Guys are not so good at expressing themselves as you girls are, could be you two have just been missing the mark with eachother, that might be a sign of how things would continue if you did hook up, I think his feelings are probably obvious now, even if it is too late, but the balls in your court

He like's the girl, but he's too shy to talk to her. Maybe because he thinks he's not fit enough to be with her. If he's a nice guy, try to talk to him. Maybe he's the one or something. Trying isn't bad, so go for it. :)

It all depends on you. If you like him ask him, he is jealous because he likes you yet he hasnt gotten the nerve to actually tell you that, he probably won't either it's probably because he is shy or he has other issues,

he's too ego or to shy to admit that he likes you! just wait and see. if he's too slow or no reaction from him for a long time, try to make him jealous again. if he reacts the same, confront him and ask him why he's jealous.

Sounds like he is shy to me. Same thing happened to me in high school and I ask him just how he felt about me and we have been married now for 20 years. He's great.

nine out of ten times, he probally is jealous. any one would be if they like someone and the person that they like is talking to some one else. it is human nature.
