I just lost my desktop icons and my toolbar on WindowsNT what can I do to get them back?

All I have is the background pic but nothering else. I am able to use task manager and that is how I got here. I have rebooted several times. I really need help.

check in lost and found department.or lost property dep.

You need to Open-up your Task Manager, then RUN explorer.exe

I don't know about WindowsNT explorer.exe since that term is used in WindowsXP.

you can either click the right mouse button to find a selection that says shows icon...or disable your background because it might be a web page type background.
