Land surveying, architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering--cutting a board, mixing cement, wiring up an electrical system, making a floor level, making a spiral stair case...mathematics has a huge role in building construction.

If you are equipped in mathematics you have an advantage in building construction. You can use them in estimating materials,volume of concrete mixtures as what is specified .
