You may order one for your own purpose, provided, the manufacturer and agent for that particular merchandise is not in your country/state. For this there is some special rules that you have to accept and import! Import is permissble based on the type of fuel that the car will be consuming, Size of wheel base, Engine Capacity etc.... Once you come to know about the involvement of tax + customs duty etc.., you will feel like travelling in public transport......

As far as I know, in the U.S., it's ILLEGAL(!) (Yes, I said illegal) (for some strange [rich/powerful/deviant] reason). They SAAY it's for your own good; so you have somewhere to take your car to get it fixed "properly."
