What most women don't know is that cysts are actually normal. Every month your ovaries produce these cysts and thats where the eggs are at. They are supposed to go away after ovulation, however, in some women they don't and they enlarge. Yes you can still get pregnant if you have a cyst. I had numerous large cysts and severe endometreosis and managed to get pregnant. Sadly, had to have a hysterectomy not too long after that. I would be careful about continuously having surgeries to remove these. Have the doc put you on Lupron to supress your period for a few months until they go away on their own.

It depends on the cyst, but even if it is possible in many cases, it may be too risky. A cyst may burst, and if it happens during pregnancy, the risk of complications is very high.

No. Most women have or have had ovarian cysts at one point or another.

It's definitely not impossible, because you still ovulate. I promise you can have a baby. Don't worry. Best wishes to you sweetie!
