If you need a more pro like package for that kind of $, I use PaintShop Pro ... and love it. Don't recall but think I payed around 30 or 40 $ for it some time ago. I have ver. 7, but I think they are up to 9 or 10 by now. No, have not up graded as it does more than I know how to use as it is.

Its Free ! Free! and works much like adobe photosshop..with many added plugins

I have been using "Corel Paint Shop Pro X" and have had some good results with it.

Mocrosoft picture it is pretty good an it is free and has some good options to do different things with your pictures
