well, i have a crush with my friend a few month back. it took a while for me to separate between loving freindship and love! men and women's brain are wired differently. that's why we men, take a lot of time to differentiate between loving friendship and love.

now, i love the girl as much as a friend would do, and i am cool with the loving friendship idea!

BTW, it's difficult for us men to understand and digest this loving-friendship idea with girls! give your friend some time for him to understand!

(p/s: loving friendship is cooler than love actually)

Usually there are mixed up feelings. Things can get complicated and ruin a friendship. You may be able to control your feelings, but he might not (or vice versa). Yes, it is possible, but risky. You may consider drawing a line as to what is appropriate and what is not. There is nothing wrong with loving a dear friend. I wish you the best of luck.

I met a guy 10 mos. ago. He has just now gotten what I've been saying all along. He's my friend. I love him. He love's me. He comes over and fixes things. I go over and cook him things. We have late night booty calls. It's a perfect world. To answer your question, men are thick headed. They don't know a good thing unless it slaps them in the head. Literally.

I think you can, but I heard that if you were willing to sleep with the guy...he would. So if that is true, as long as you can accept that, then you are good to go.
