How come guys always try to see how far they can get? They can't just give you a kiss goodnight. They have to try to push further and further... it's just sort of disrespectful.

It is expected of them. If they don't you think they are gay or not interested, as if one is worse than the other. You are just waiting for the right guy to do the kissing and you won't think twice about that guy kissing you all night. Give it a thought and you will see that I am right. It would be just as disrespectful to leave you there thinking that you are not desireable. Obviously, you must be or you wouldn't be thinking this thought.

Because guys test you. Just like we as women test guys. A man will always see how far he can go with you by pushing the envelop, because he's going to base what you present to him as the type of girl you are and what category you fall under for him. And that's either, a respectable lady, a ho, or somebody to just pass time with you. So when guys do this, they are just trying to see what type of person you are so he can see how serious he should take you. He's going to pay attention to your actions and how you respond and react when he's testing you. Always remember that, guys only go as far as you will let them go. Also guys only give back to you what you give to them. You have to set the volume, as a women your always in control, but as a lady you let him THINK he's in control. So when a guys is trying to hurry up and get in your panties, and you give in. The he has conquered you and know says to himself "ok, I can do whatever I want with her!" It's like when a man gets always with cheating and the woman takes him back, he vibes off that and know her mental stature. That's the negative result. Now, on the other hand if you don't give in while he's tying to get all in your panties he'll either write you off as stuck up (if he's ignorant) or a respectable young lady. (if he has sense)The women always set's the tone for the relationship between her and a guy. The guy just feeds off that and treats her according to the tone she set.
So I agree with you it is 100% disrespectful which is why, Baiscally, when a guy is trying to see how far he can go with you, you have to set limits, so he knows your not bullshitting! No limits set, no respect set! That's just a man for you!

We can't win, if we try too much, we're disrespectful, if we don't try enough, we're not interested and therefor not to be taken seriously. Women are totally illogical, so why try, just try and hard as you can to get some, eventually we hit pay dirt!

alot of men see women as conquests, another notch on the belt they can brag to their mates about. they like to test how charming they are. not all guys though. also when a guy goes out with a girl, of course he wants to get naked with her. the basis of all male attraction is physical. plain and simple

Because the boys you speak of lack the understanding of the consequences to their actions. You know, like Elvis said, "Only fools rush in". It is disrespectful, but do you think they think so? Duh! What they don't know can and will hurt them, eventually.
