these are all normal side effects of HGH. Real HGH that you get with a prescription tends to give you secondary sex traits. For men it would be more muscles and bigger all over

Yes, it most definitely increases your muscle mass and has been used controversially by body builders for this reason since it goes undetected unlike steroids.
But there are serious side effects, so don't use it other than perscribed by your Dr.
