I had the covers pulled off of me one night in a Pittsburgh motel. I got up and looked around but found no one in the room. i immediately checked out and it is something i will never forget.

I've had experiences before, and I know I wasn't dreaming. I believe that there are good spirits (angels from the Lord) and evil spirits (demons from hell), not that there are ghosts of dead people roaming around. When a person dies, his/her soul goes to heaven or hell.
Worship is the best weapon against demonic attack. Turn on some worship music and sing, pray, read the Bible--resist the devil and he will flee!
Also find some strong Christians that can pray for and with you.

YES you were probably astral traveling.
Ghosts are entities that still roam the earth, they carry there carastics of there earth life with the ailments.
Spirits are the entities that made it to the white light of our Lord.
they can bi locate, they usually float about 3 feet above.
Ghosts can still go to the God light and be saved. If you contact one tell it to go to God.
The ones that arent ghosts or spirits are reincarnated for a second chance to save there soul in a new life with no memory of the old one.
