Hey Wonder,

As a bartender, I like to use it when you would normally use a raspberry in real life.

Kahlua or Godiva + Chambord + anything else (Sweet or Sour)
Champagne + Chambord
Margaritas + Chambord
Daiquiris + Chambord
Coffee + Brandy + Chambord + Cream
Mix with Sugar (4Parts sugar to 1 part Chambord) -- let dry and use to rim glasses for things like Margaritas or Kamikaze's. It's a nice after taste or even better, use for Lemon Drops or Appletinis.
Use it to make Old Fashioneds, Manhattans or Rob Roy's (instead of Cherry Juice or Sweet Vermouth).

Add to Brownies for a nice raspberry taste.

Reduce over a low heat on the stove with a little brown sugar and use as a glaze on steaks!

Put some in your pancake or waffle mix (not alot, it may flare up and if cooked on too high a flame, will burn). What a nice brunch treat. Or even some in your muffin mix - Blueberry/raspberry muffins or even Raspberry and orange!

Put some in a vanilla shake - Hm-mm! A great way to beat the heat and get a little buzz!

I hope these help!
