put olive oil on your hair for like two hours and then wash it, but don't put lots of olive oil on it " because it will be too hard to wash it down", put just a little bit, like five-seven teaspoons, put it on your hands first and then mix it with all your hair, then wash your hair for about three times or more until you feel the oil is gone from your hair.
I use that way every week and my hair looks really soft and shiny after I do it.

Fish oils like Omega-3 are supposed to help make your nails and hair look better, but I reccomend just taking a daily vitamin, because if you have a vitamin deficency that can really do a number on your hair. If your hair is dry because you've chemically treated your hair- like perms, straightening, coloring- just lay of the hard stuff for a while. A hot-oil treatment every two weeks will help a lot- just buy your basic hot oil treatment at any store. I use an olive oil shampoo and conditioner that really helps my hair. I recomend only shampooing your hair every-other-day, but conditioning it every day. Once a week if you have time use a deep conditioning treatment- just apply a generous amount of moisterizing conditioner to your dry hair, wrap it up in a warm towel for about 20 minutes (longer if you like) and then rinse- don't shampoo until the next day- or it will strip your hair again. Hope this helps!

You can take all the vitamins you want, but how are you really going to know if it is doing any good ...besides, it will take awhile for it to really show up. Omega 3 is an excellent vitamin for your hair and skin. Go to a professional and have them do some deep heating treatments on you. You may have to do a few more to start with, but should settle down to once every month or so. You also need to start using quality products on your hair and your stylist will be able to recommend the proper product for your hair type. Keep up with regular cuts and try to natural dry your hair as much as possible. If you run your hands through your hair several times a day you will deposit natural oils from your hands to your hair and that will help some. Try not to wash your hair every day unless you really need to and in that case you would need a professional product even more. Let me know!

I don't know about vitamins, but try putting mayonnaise in your hair and on your scalp, put a shower cap over it and let it soak in while you do some chores or something around the house. Rinse it out after a while and then shampoo and condition. Do it about once every couple of weeks or so depending on when it starts to dry out again. Also, if you don't wash it out well, it will smell funky, use a good smelling shampoo too. You might even have to shampoo twice just because mayo is all fat so it really is hard to rinse away (oil and water don't mix.) Good luck!

Vitamin E can help. One mistake a lot of people make it shampooing their hair everyday. Hair wasn't made for that. Every other day is plenty unless you perspire a lot. On the off days you can still brush your hair out and rinse it to restyle it. This distributes your natural oils down the entire strands of each hair. Those oils are all natural and biologically customized to your own hair type.

♥♫♦♪ I take Avacore and I get wash and set and then I get cornrows just to leave my hair alone and I use it as directed. You can use it with a iron pill and Vitamin E and that will do your hair justice in about 3 months. Just take this every day and then for December watch your results from all of your family members and friends. Just don't dye it because that cause's a lot of damage. I hope that I have help you. ♥♫♦♪
