Mm I had two in my past life. I never went to the doctor to get shots for the pain. Do what I did walk on it and over time the pain will go away but the spur's will always be there. Or other way have it cut or should say remove. Than you have no pain.

Waht is a bone spu's? Do you mean spur? If the recent primary practitioner does no longer help, then seek for yet another primary practitioner and in between bathe your foot in Epsom Salt heat tub (as warm as achieveable), relax your foot, purchase specific pads to put in your footwear, take some motrin or something like that. And mentally verify that it is going away. docs don't be attentive to a lot. pictures that kill discomfort do no longer do away with spurs. they might desire to first extremely learn in extremely sturdy colleges which do no longer exist a lot in recent times, and then they might say that they are docs and permit themselves to assist human beings, no longer any opposite direction around it extremely is to be a real donkey, pretend to assist human beings and then no longer help them in any respect or perhaps making their condition worse. they might desire to be faraway from the scientific board, all of them on the least mistake, then they might learn stressful and be extreme of their job!
