i am in india and here teachers are really behaving like torture for the students ... is there any law to forbid those tortureres

in the U.S. some states and some school systems have laws or rules against corporal punishment
corporal punishment may be unpleasant and probably unnecessary but it probably isn't torture

wait wait wait...when did this punishment get horrible, or torturous? Getting hit by the teacher or principle is an everyday thing isn't it? Do your homework and study, and behave like you should behave and you won't have to face this punishment. People like you, the day you dodn't receive such punishment, you will become the biggest failure, atleast you know and are able to keep track of the failure you are becoming because this punishment makes your failures obvious to the most important person who is studying this and keeps you from ever forgetting the right way to do things.

I have no Idea I live in america and a teacher can get arrested for just touching a kid in a cross manner.

It is necessary in some cases...some kids only learn that way.
But the way its done in India is horrible.
