You are stressed: by the people around you or by too much caffeine and not enough sleep. It is an important message from your body to alert you about the people around you or the fact that your intake in caffeine is too high, or your sleep is not satisfying to your body. Listen to the message and correct the problem yourself first before going to a doctor who will know nothing anyway.

I've always heard that twitches are a result of a potassium deficiency. I'm not a doctor, so I'm not sure. But I think taking a good multi-vitamin and eating a few bananas would help replenish your potassium and stop the twitching.

This is called blepharospasm and is very common. The most common causes are too little sleep, increased stress, and for some folks, too much caffeine. It's nothing dangerous and not anything to worry about. Just get some more sleep!

It is some nervous twitch. I had it happen awhile back. It used to happen then it went away. It does it every so often but its always temporarily. If it seems like it continues for a long period of time seek a doctor but usually its nothing serious.

If you are referring to little twitches, that usually means to me that I am under a lot of stress, and I am either not getting enough sleep, or I am not identifying or dealing with the stress properly.. Just another way for your body to tell you you are doing SOMETHING wrong! haha
