If you did something good, your brain is probably being flooded with endorphines, giving you a buzzed, on top of the world feeling. It happens to me all the time when I ride my bike, hang out with people I like, or do a good deed.

I suggest it could be your blood sugars could be too high or low..or a result of anxietties- unbeknowst to you but your body may be reacting. our bodies have strange ways of telling us things. I recommend seeking a Dr. asap, and have all things checked out, for your reassurances... Best wishes.
