I really dont think thats a good idea. Remember PhenFen? Lots of people developed heart problems and/or died taking that drug trying to lose weight. Please try to discourage your friend from doing this. Good Luck!

There haven't been any studies about this.
It could cause anything from nothing to death.
I would suggest, letting the lexapro's side effect of weight loss try on for size before adding something new, that isn't controlled by the FDA.
