I have ibs i basically need it all the time because every time I stop then its the same old situation .I cant work without.However I think it may be making sick as well.I have already been to the doctor he couldnt help me .Im just trying to find a way to not have to go so much that i cant work. So I take it alot and now I just feel all tied up. nauseaus.Ive actually been to 4 doctors and Im starting to get depressed over it.

The long-term effects of Imodium A-D (loperamide) are constipation, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and distention, just to name a few. Have you seen a Gastroenterologist? If not, request a referral from your primary provider. Ask about treatment with Lotronex, Donnapine, Librax and antispasmodics and antidepressants. Review your diet so as to make sure you're not ingesting anything that is aggrevating your IBS.

cheese is a good binder. actually i would check your diet, and maybe find a doctor who might consider you having a parasite. i had that problem for a while, and thats what it was.
