Every supermarket has a 'medicine' aisle. Go find it, and buy a jar of Vicks Vapour Rub, (its like Vaseline to look at and touch)You can put a little under your nose, or on a hanky and sniff it. Second option is Eucalyptus oil, put that on a hanky as well. Guaranteed to work (either suggestion). But make sure there is nothing causing the stuffiness, (are you allergic to some smell around you etc.) Good luck.

You need meds. Period. Go get some and you'll sleep better. I've heard of these nose patch things that you scratch and you sleep and they incongest your nose by the morning. Just put em on at night.

Um blow your nose? I don't really know many things you can do without medicine. But you could try drinking tea, I know that always makes me feel better when I have a cold.

What's worked for me is to inhale (sniff) clean water with one nostril and blow it out three times and then switch to the other nostril... sniff and blow another three times. It's like washing dirt from your hands... the process washes out impurites or allergens from your nose that are causing the stuffy or runny reactions.

Sometimes a very long, hot shower will clear your sinuses enough that you can blow your nose once or twice and it will stay clear for a few hours.
