No, its NOT normal!
A person's head is the control center for the rest of your body, and it of course contains your brain.
So any knot or swelling on your head is a very big problem matter......I dont wan to frighten you......but you should fell fright if you have a swelling.
Pleasde go and see a doctor immediately and check it out....it may require a simple remedy (let's hope)....or s ome thing more serious (we all hope not).... or something sinister (god forbid!)....whatever, do get a medical check without delay!

As in like a headache.....? If its consistant and at all a sharp pain.....then you should probably see your GP.....it doesnt sound normal.......
