You have asked a very good question. I have asked myself this many times. What would I do? I would think I would do this.
I know Jesus died for me. I would keep that in mind and bear that in my mind the whole time during whatever why I was going to die. I would pray, sing (just like John Huss done when they burned him alive at the stake-he sung until he could sing no more), and keep my eyes focosed on heaven if I could/if not, then I would just shut them tightly and focus on Jesus's face and Heaven. I would not worry about the pain-I would try and dwell on what I can not help. But, yes, I would die for Jesus. He died for me. I feel like I owe him.
And I know what the Mark of the Beast is..I will not except it. I will be the one that will be tortured I guess "if they catch me". If you read Daniel and Revelation (they go together/hand and hand), study them, and you to can know what the Mark of the Beast is.
Also at this sourse website below-you can get allot of info on it.

I do one of two things, one I look at what the apostles and early christians went through. Compared to that, what I'm going through is a walk in the park. Now, if is a life and death situation, just remember the promises God has made to us, and think of how great heaven is gonna be like, once you finally make it home.

Your question is out of the realm of possibility, you see, it would be far more likely that non-Christians would be put to the stake, burned or drowned or killed in some other manner. It has been thus since Christianity came to power.
Your martyrs can never approach the numbers of Christianities victims through the Centuries, even Moses was a mass murderer.
Christianity cannibalized it's own as in the Inquisition and Persecutions in England. Brought death and enslavement to native peoples and destroyed ancient cultures . If there is an anti-Christ and he goes after you, just do whatever. I haven't heard any of you sympathize much for telling us to burn in hell.

It is very easy to do in theory, but we are human and it is difficult to think of having to face these kinds of things.
I am in no position to tell someone facing this kind of persecution how to be strong. I guess I would have to just tell them to remember Christ's sacrifice for them and to know that whatever transpires, it will be the blink of an eye compared to eternity with the Lord.

This the best question ive seen all night. Problem is alot of Christians think there all gonna disappear before this happens. But when they dont id like to tell them that we can offer oursuffering in union with Christ's!
Besides, it will be worth it to die for our faith!! Pray for the strength of the martyrs. Thats what we will all be!

refuse the Mark, that is after the rapture right? So most christians will be in heaven, a few will still be on earth because they saw the light too late but id just tell 'em to lean on god, and ask him for strength, he'll give it

To accept the mark of the beast would be to deny eternity in Heaven with Jesus Christ & all other believers...so I guess the best advice for all of us is to continue to pursue our relationship with God, to be in His word, to know it, memorize it so we can recall it spontaneously and to ultimately understand that if we suffer for the cross, Jesus will walk through it with us, we will never be alone. Joshua 1:9 tells us to be strong, have courage, not to be afraid for the Lord is with us wherever we go. (paraphrasing) I know from experience this is true. Our suffering is temporary - eternity will go on foreverrrrrrrrrr! We also need to continue to encourage one another with God's words! He loves you - we only walk through the valley of the shadow of death, we don't stay there! :)

I would have strong faith because the Bible says to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Jesus conquered death and so shall we. I know that if I faced persecution, and were killed, when I wake I will be with the Lord.

I would remember what God brought me out of, and that He paid a price I could not pay. Then I would think of those who had gone before like, the Apostles, Jim Elliot, My Uncle, and I would thank God for allowing me to be named among them and look toward Heaven, and ask for the forgiveness of those persecuting me.

All of us Christians, the new and the old know for certain that God will never leaves or desert us in times of trouble.
What you are speaking of here is when we are brought up before the synagogues of Satan to give testimony of our Faith.
We are not to premeditate or give thought of what to say for the Spirit of God Himself will give us Words. Even the gainsayers will not be able to refute.><>
