Uh, women do not have prostates. Anyways, maybe just too much time on the computer with bad posture. Make sure you maintain your low back curve when you sit at a desk. Get a message and take some time off. Make sure you aren't twisting when you bend over and use your legs.

Have you been drinking plenty of water? You could have problem's with your kidneys so drink cranberry juice, which help's. If its your lower back try doing toe touch's to loosen your stiff muscle's if nothing help's in a couple of day's you should tell your parent's or see a doctor. P.S. I don't know how old you are so don't take offence in the parent bit if your older. Also you could call a pharmacist and see what they have to say on the matter. After all they have been highly trained in the medical field. Hope this help's. By!

Same thing happened to me and so I saw me grandmas chiropractor and he said that I had three bones out of place in my spine. Now it happens every so often and when it does someone has to pop the bones back into place. I don't know if the same thing is wrong with you but that's were my pain was so it may be the same thing. I hope I helped if not good luck and I hope you feel better.

Lower back pain is often cause by stress. This causes the muscles supporting the spine to tense up. So eat well, exercise plenty and stress less!

long list of causes, the longest differential diagnosis in medicine is lower backache, starting from muscle strain, to kidney problems, pelvic infection, congenital vertebra disease, etc etc etc.
you need to see a doctor if this will persist beyond (i would say 10 days !!)

Kidney Stones.
Just because you aren't having problems urinating doesn't mean that you don't have a UTI, or prostate infection.
