At least once every two days.
Sometimes, I just don't have the time to do it daily.

I prefer to take bath everyday. Taking bath immediately after food diverts your blood circulation and so it is bad for digestion. Taking bath stimulates the cells and improves one’s blood circulation. Don’t use too hot or too cold water, for it may not be advisable (but harmful to the blood pressure as heart has to do overtime to keep the body temperature at normal level, be it too cold or too hot water. Wait some time after the bath before you take food. It is better to relax for a while after the bath than to rush for work. We tend to get drained immediately after bath. The skin on neck armpits and scalp (head) and around groin is more sweaty and acidic and gives out more of smell as lot of bacteria grow there because of the sweat and dirt. Even if one lives in a cold country, one cannot escape bacteria. They live happily even on Antarctica.

Everyday. How disgusting if you don't. Unless you're poor and can't even afford a shower, that's the only excuse I'll take.

You should take a shower, at what ever time of the day, or night, at least once a day, for health

showers and/or deoderant are just government and corporate conspiracys aimed at getting us to buy overpriced products in order to be attractive to the people that are selling us out. j/k every morning, otherwise I can't wake up. :)

depends lol if it is during the school week everyday, and if it is the weekend then it would he every other day.
