i used to get cold very often. now I still get it once in 3 or 4 months. Any cure? My mom told me to gargle in warm, salted water. But I do NOT like that. PLEASE HELP? (by the way i am just 11 years old)

may be you can just have milk /tea with a bit of turmeric powder and black pepper powder sprinkled in it and avoid cold water.. if the infection is too high(over 15 days) u ve got to start antibiotics..

Mom is right! Maybe try with less salt.

To ease soreness, you can drink lots of hot tea or you can also have a spoonful of honey. Or just do both, use the honey to sweeten the tea.

Hmmm if it really really hurts it could be strep in which case you would need to see a doctor who would give you amoxycillian. Try hot tea with lots of honey.

Gargle with peroxide...of course, do not swallow it! SEE A DOCTOR

Pump up your immune system.
get on a multi vitamin.
Listerine would work as would flossing.
