My brother was 33 before he was trained. Just give him time. Perhaps you could call his boss at work and have his boss do the potty dance in the hall for him.

30 years old LOL or 30 months old? I am confused. 30 years old you should probably talk to a therapist...30 months old let him take his time, just ask him a lot if he wants to sit on the potty. Get a sticker chart every time he goes he gets a sticker after 10 (or whatever you come up with) he gets a special prize/toy/cookie etc. Let him go at his own pace...if you push him he will fight you on it.

My little brother was scared of his poddy for a long time. You have to make going to the bathroom fun for him. Put the poddy infront of the tv or take him with you when you have the use the bathroom. Reward him for using the poddy and punish him for not using it and always and pay attention because there might be a medical problem that is keeping him from making it to the poddy.

I hope you mean 3 not 30! My daughter and I potty trained my granddughter by doing a "PeePee on the Toilet" dance ever time she would go in the toilet. We would just dance silly in the hallway back and forth while she sat. She would try to go when she didn't have to, just to see Mommy and Gammy dancing silly! It worked! :-)

Its okay, my sister inlaw has the same problem. I think if its the same with your child, spoiled and busy life from person to person it will take longer. He just needs to be alone with you and love for a couple of weeks or less and award him when he does it. Take it easy and enjoy every moment with him.

Introduce him to the toilet. that nothing will happen to him. Then reward him for going. Tell them they are big and that u are proud of them. I would buy them special underwear as a prize. If they go, make them sit on the pot a bit and let them know that is what it is used for.
