That depends on your relationship with him. If he is your boyfriend, then what does he like? Does he like music, then you could give hime a CD of music he likes. If he is into sports, then perhaps a pair of tickets to a game or a poster of his favorite sports figure. Find out his hobbies, if any, then ask someone familiar with that hobby or interest what a 21 year-old Man, would like for a gift. Sorry, but at 21 he is no longer a boy, by our society's standards.

I had to get my boyfriend a bday present over the summer when he turned 21. The guys will buy him beer or whatever, so I got him a book and some giftcards for restaurants I knew he liked.

Depending on how much you would like to spend... Guft cards to American Eagle or other popular stores are always good choice. Also an IPOD or if he has one a gift card for downloads.

Depends on what he likes if not sure a gift card inside a b-day card would be nice so he can pick out what he wants. Some say liquor or a bar guess if he drinks I guess that's o.k. if that's on one of his wish list...lol

well if i were him i would want something for my car so that it can go faster or sound better so yea. try and ipod nice and simple and in style. and if not go to the movies have a nice meal go home and just talk. or go and skydive for the thrill of his life
