she was married to Ricki McCoy and they lived in Texas, USA. Am looking for her relatives or anyone who happens to know her. She is already dead and so is her husband. They died in a car accident about five years ago. His son who is a friend of mine is looking for anyone who knows her so he can trace his relatives in the Philippines. A search of the Family Search site on LDS shows no records. You might call the library near where the accident occured to find out Newspaper accounts of what happened. The may give you details enough to get Obituaries of the 2 individuals. With the Obituraries, you usually get information of various locations, dates, surviving relatives, birth information, etc. That may help. Then you can try the Vital Records for the Phillipines. Intellus charges under $8 bucks for some information. Vital records always cost money, so the municipallity can pay the records keepers, and for records storage.
