you will need a round trip ticket and a passport
if you're from the UK you will get a I-95 visitors visa (it was green in 2003) on the flight over that you will have to fill our and then give to the immigration officer when you enter the airport...this is only good for 90 days and you will have to tell them the address you will be staying at.

if you're from another location then I'm not sure.

It depends on where you are from. If you're from U.K. and it's your first time there, you don't need to apply, they'll just give you one. All you need is your passport and a boarding ticket.

It only lasts 90 days though.
