well i dont know whatt to do because i think im starting to like him and we had to talk for a several occasions but today he was jogging and i said if i could jog with him and he said sure but i actually told him that he was fine and he was just lauging but i look at and talk about him in front of my ex is it right or am i obsessed

Well depends on ur age and his. Make sure you are legal to date him and ur folks wont freak out. k? Also..ask him if he wants to go to the park or the zoo..somewhere where u two can talk and thank him for joining the marines and fighting for our country..right there u should get his attention. Ask him if he is being deployed anywhere..get his email, etc.. so u two can keep in contact. I say ask him about the marines and why he joined etc.. guys like girls that are interested in what they do. Good Luck with him!!! As long as you aren't a minor then it is okay.
If he asked you to jog with him then he is interested in you. If he is older and you are very young or under age then stay away from him. If not then go for it, just take it slow.
