Today she went out and bought spinich from seven different stores in as many different brands of spinich she could find. She has been feeding the spinich to her foster kids, but not her two biological kids. Should I report this as some kind of child abuse?

She only feeds the foster kids spinach? I don't know about this one, perhaps you need to look into the situation further to see if she warrants reporting for abuse.

Thats just really wierd! I mean really wierd! Why the spinach? and why just to the foster kids? I don't get it, I don't think they would consider this abuse, She recieves money to care for the kids, and maybe her kids don't like it? But she may just be separating shopping money, Because I know they have their own food allowances, that sort of thing maybe shes being fais and just doesn't have it in her own budget for her own, and she doesn't want to use their money for her own benifit? I would ask some questions before jumping on the child abuse train! That can be very destructive!

If she's mistreating the foster children or denying the children proper nutrition then yes definitely report her. A lot of foster kids have gone through hell and deserve to be in a caring environment. Not just placed somewhere so the carer can recieve welfare and not look after the kids.

I would report her as this is cruel she is not taking her responsibility seriously and just seems to be in it for the allowance she receives for these children and this shows with her not feeding it to her own children we don't know what goes on behind closed doors and she may also be not providing them the love and support they need and any traumatic experiences they have endure to end up being fostered out come on get her reported, these childrens lives and welbeing are at stake here!!!!!!

If she is purposely trying to find the e coli spinach to hurt these kids than yes. If she is trying to hurt them with the spinach, chances are she has hurt them in other ways. I would hope that you protect these defenseless kids even though she is your friend. You can be anonymous when you call.

I think I would tell someone , maybe not tell them who I am. They may not be able to prove it unless she uses a card of some kind. Very strange duck! What could she possibly be up to. Unless she was waiting to hear which kind or had heard which kind did not contain e- coli and bought that kind. I don't know. i think it's strange though.

Absolutely ! Why should her own two children be deprived of the joys of spinach just because they don't like to watch Popeye?
And what dedication to duty! 7 stores no less. Almost spiritual i would say.
Have a fun day!

omg! tell her not to cause of the e. coli going around in it! I hope to god she's not doing it on purpose, I'm a foster kid!!! If she continues, confront her about it or tell someone! (social services or the kids social worker)
