I would recommend a razor. Shave that mess off and start all over.

in case you have some greater money, i could spring for bumble and bumble surf spray ($20-$26, yet in all probability between the suitable accessible), once you're searching for some thing somewhat greater value-effective, then i could advise Garnier Fructis surf hair texturizing spray (around $6?). the two paintings nicely with maximum hair varieties!

You need to use a product called quick change by short sexy hair. Put a small amount in your hands and rub it together. Then use your fingers to piece it.

try some paste, pomade, gel, whatever. use your fave brand of hair products if not go for bed head, or the salon products since they are the best.

Back comb it but do not smooth it out.
Use hairspray.
Do not comb hair each day.
Let it become disheveled!
Respray!
