Without knowing the mom's it would impossible to even guess. The child may have the father's blood type, or his mother's, or a combination from the two (the type from one and the Rh from the other.)

Take him to a doctors and ask to have a blood test done.

O type is dominant, but negative Rh Factor is resessive.

Type:

Without knowing the mother's type, it's impossible to tell what the child's would be. If the mother is O, there's a very big chance the child is O, also, because both parents would be O, which is dominant.

But, if the mother is B, or A, or AB, the child can be any one of these types, too, because the father could be carrying one of these types as a resessive type.

Rh Factor or positive/negative:

If the mother is positive, the child's is positive. If the mother is negative, chances are the child is negative because the father is also negative. A negative child can only be negative if both parents are negative.

Your mom is your mom. So it's your dad that is in question, right? OK. Has he been there for you? Does he love you? do you love him? If you are in a jam, can you call him anytime of day or night? Even from jail?

If yes, then Drop it. This man is your Dad! He surely had suspicions long before you did and he chose YOU. You should choose him right back. He is your family.

Besides, if you pursue this dangerous train of thought, it might hurt and embarrass your mom horribly. Who cares who your biological dad is? This man is your DAD. Don't open a huge can of worms that might ultimately destroy everyone that has been the kindest and loving towards you. Drop it.
