The balloon would expand but would not necessarily pop.
If the walls of the balloon were not strong enough, then it would pop, but otherwise it would become quite rigid but would not pop..
Eventually the gas would leak through the walls of the balloon and it would go flat.
Same thing happens when a helium balloon is let go. The higher it rises, the larger the diameter the balloon grows to.
If the rubber keeps stretching, the balloon will keep rising until it pops. If it is a mylar balloon, it will at some point stop stretching, will stop rising, and will maintain that altitude until the gas leaks out.

Any balloon can be made to resist whatever pressure difference there may be between the inside and outside, so the comments about it popping are shot full of holes. If the balloon had just enough gas in it to maintain its shape at sea level conditions, then the internal pressure difference would be about 15 lb/sq in in outer space. Most gasses eventually leak through the walls of their containers, even steel ones, so that would be the eventual fate of the balloon. Side note: If the balloon were not in orbit around the earth, it would not 'float' regardless of the balloon material or the gas within, as there would be no buoyant medium for it to float in.

Helium is a Noble gas.
Any element in gas form holds a ton of kenetic energy. So this is how a balloon works. You pump it with Helium and the gass atoms are constantly hitting the walls of the balloon the atmosphere pressure is greater than that on the balloon so it doenst pop it right away. It also is lighter than the air so thats why it "floats". When this pressure of the atmophere disapears its like taking the ball and chain off a captive... they go crazy. So when it is out im space where there is no atmosphere the Helium keeps on hitting the walls and so much hitting of the balloon walls will pop it and boom the Helium atoms are flying allover the place!

Nothing. It has to stay inflated, since the air is compressed and needs more space to reach its free state, and would continue to exert pressure on the inside of the balloon !

It would get larger because of the lack of external pressure restraining its expansion. The usual rubber balloon has far less excess pressure in its filling gas than one atmosphere, so it would almost certainly expand until it bursts.

Simple answer- it would get as big as the elasticity of the latex would allow as the relatively low pressure inside expanded to the maximum volume.
Slightly more complicated answer- it would burst because of the thermal stress from the low temps.
