It depends if you want to get a church wedding or a civil wedding and where.

For a church wedding here in the Philippines, you will need to accomplish a list of requirements such as Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, Confirmation Certificate, Marriage Contract from the Municipal Office where you will attend a seminar, and a one week declaration of your wedding to the parish church of your municipality. Upon completion of the requirements, you can now have a schedule for your wedding.

A civil wedding here in the Philippines is easier, just proceed to the Mayor's office where they will give you a form to fill-up then you will have to attend a marriage seminar then after that you'll be scheduled for the wedding.

Good Luck and Best Wishes!!! ^_^

speak to someone who is authorised to perform wedding ceremonies in the country you are living in & they should be able to give you the information you need.
also speak to the immigration department so that you are clear on your status in the country
