ok i have i want to know how i can add text to actual pictures online..i use rock you, n picturetrail but i dnt no if i can do that in those programs plz help me out n let me no exactly how to do that thanx!

I use PaintShopPro, but there are several photo editing programs that give you that capability. That is how one does "cartoons" with the balloons with text in them. PSP has several balloons or sometimes I just free hand them. You can even use MS's Paint program, but takes a lot of work to get it right.

It's easier to just do it for you if you want. email me the pic, tell me what you want it to say and in what font and color.
