tiacola is a complete idiot. Brave for asking an anonymous question in a public forum? What the f?
Use your common sense. If you and your draws are dirty change them. If you have to change them 5 times a day then so be it. If you feel you only need to change your draws twice a week, .... then so be it.
But if you are woman....for hygiene purposes at least once a day. Period. No exceptions.
Man Law.
Seriously though,
Men: jock itch(fungal), ringworm(fungal), parasites
Women: fungal/yeast infections, parasites

If you shower and bath and the underwear was clean when you put them on then there shouldn't be much of a problem. If you wear them for much more than a week though you may get some sort of infection, or at least you will be rather dirty and smelly. But nothing major should happen.

there are no health problems that can arise from keeping the same underwear on for 2-3- days
i assume you remove them before you go to sleep and you do shower or bath every day or 2.
this means that you are clean and your underwear are airing out , because you do not wear them to bed..
all is good and you can do this with no problems
nothing will happen, other than you will have less laundry to wash

I'm not sure what health problems could arise from wearing the same underwear over and over but I must say you're brave as hell for asking this kind of question...lol.

you could get a yeast infection if you are a woman. Men I don't think it poses much of a risk except for a rash. I would advise anyone to change your underpants once a day.

i doubt that you will get a disease if you wear the same undrwear for several days in a row.
If you are careful and clean the necessity of daily fresh underwear is reduced!
Some people have been known to turn the underwear inside out and reuse!.

I would think you would be more at risk of desease, since your underwear would be filthy and full of germs. Gross!
