Try some yoga. There are a lot of TV channels that air yoga every morning.

Hey dont worry,this is a common problem.You can have something to bolster you back while you ride your two-wheeler.You can get this from a spare parts shop for around 100bucks or so which should not be a problem.
Definetly if you can afford then go for a second handed car which would serve your purpose for the maximum.

It will be dangerous to learn exercises through reading only. You have to learn exercises from experts and than they will show you how to do it and if you are making a mistake you will be corrected on spot. definitely there are exercises which are use full in your condition. But you have to take consultation of expert physiotherapist and orthopaedic specialist after getting X-ray/MRI etc done to ascertain the exact diagnosis

I have the same thing, What helped me was doing lifting work. the muscles need to be strengthed in order for it to feel better. I also have scoliosis starting right on top of the L5 lumbar. the strength training works!
