You should be proud of who you are, no matter what your size or what you look like. Size doesn't dictate who you are as a person and anyway, you are not fat so shut your pie hole and do some more-sit ups, and that's an order! lol

Being a over weight person my self I will say this. Being over weight or not doesn't dictate whether you are proud or not. What is on the inside dictates that. You can always find something within yourself to be proud of. What I do have a problem with is as an over weight person they make beautiful clothes that fit us and make us more beautiful by not accentuating the fact that there is extra baggage under them. So don't think that to appeal to someone you have to let it all hang out.

So I'm assuming ur being sarcastic, but Ill answer anyways......it doesn't matter what you look like or what disabilities you have, if you are proud of who and what you are then I don't see a problem with that! I actually think everyone should be proud of who they are.

No! Body image and self image are two completely different things! What you look like does not dictate who you are. Yes, you may want to lose weight to be healthier, but that does not detract from all the other positive traits you have. It's not good if you only focus on your appearance, and don't feel proud of yourself for other achievements.

NO>>>> A good self image is important for everyone. As long as you are healthy and you are happy with you, than there should not be an issue. Weight is just the appearance factor. It is not a personality factor.
