Excerpts from a new Holy Book called the Naruq.
The Holy Naruq promotes a peaceful religion. Don't say it doesn't or I will call you stupid and tell you not to take the verses out of context!

8:12 We will cast terror into the hearts of Muslims. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them.
3:28, Let not the non-Muslims take for friends or helpers the Muslims.
85, Rouse the non-Muslims to the fight against Muslims.
9:5, Then fight and slay the Muslims wherever ye find them,
9:14, Fight the Muslims, and God will punish them by your hands, cover them with shame.
9:23, O ye the non-Muslims take not for protectors your fathers and your brothers if they love Islam.
9:28, O ye the non-Muslims! Truly the Muslims are unclean.
9:123, O ye non-Muslims! fight the Muslims who gird you about, and let them find firmness in you

Haha. I see someone's been doing some clever work tinkering around with the Qur'an. However, it's far from peaceful. I guess Qur'an backwards doesn't change the effect.

It is true that the Koran has violent passages. It was written in an era of violence. However, if you read the Old Testament, you will find that it is rather violent also (just ask the caanites and ammonites). What is important is how the followers of this religion live their lives now. Holy books must be interpreted through prevailing culture to be relevant. Many people in the Muslim world are rejecting violence and striving for peace. It is a shame that a few throw backs are distorting our view of everyone.

If it wants to cast terror in the heart of some ones religion then that is a very evil religion that i would not join . If you are interested you can go to the Catholic curch ( head's up you can't take Communion until you go to the class).

What you quoted above though...sounds like one sect of Muslims fighting against another sect; AKA Iraq.

Hee Hee you spelled Quran backwards how clever.
Do you realize that when it says "non muslims" in the Quran that they were refering to polytheistic pagans who were actively trying to extinguish Islam?
By saying that the Quran preaches hate and violence you give the religion over to militant extremists, is that what you want?
