You are not fat. I wiegh the same amount as you do and I'm only two inches taller. In fact i just had a physical a month ago, and my weight for my size is right at the healthy average. So you are not fat. My advice would be to stand up straight and wear flattering clothes. Just elongating your spine by sitting or standing strait can make you look up to ten pounds lighter. Find some clothes that don't make you look fat. make sure they are the right size, because anyone can look big when they wear something that is too small. But most importantly, don't be self concious. When people see your picture you want them to be captured by the joy and happiness on your face. No one will even look at your middle. you are who you are, and that is an inner beauty no picture can distort.

It's not abnormal at all! I have a very long torso and don't photograph well at all because of it.

If you are concerned about your weight, I'd suggest talking to your doctor about it. He or she can explain healthy weight ranges for your age, height, and body type. It sounds like you are in a perfectly healthy range though!

I wouldn't worry about it. There are ways to help hide the features that you consider flaws (I, for instance, almost always wear heels to help make my legs look longer). Unfortunately, genetics can do weird things to a body.

OK, where black, or a dark color on the area you want to look smaller.. Remember this always, Black minimizes and White emphasizes,,, best rule of clothes.. Best of luck. PS your proportions are fine. 1/2 of America wishes to be under 130. 22 in is small, So no worries...

Okay, the secret to looking good on picture day is all about color choice. Find a color that complements your skin tone and wear a shirt that color. A vee neck will help your face look less round and use natural enhancing makeup to accentuate your eyes and lips. You'll look fabulous!
