when a guy has a gf (lets say mid 20's) when the gf calls him when he is out with male and female friends he never picks up. but when the gf is in his presence he always picks up the phone for both male and female friends. Its so annoying. My friends and i are having the same problem with our men. My bf specifically does this, whenver he is out especially with female friends and male, he never picks up when i call. When i am with him, he answers his cell all the time for his friends though....so boys whats the deal?

First of all, you need to open up better lines of communication with your bf so you can talk about such things. If he is completely unwilling to talk to you about this- or any other problems you are having- you probably shouldn't continue the relationship. The percentage of successful but completely uneven relationships is low to non existent (one has to assume that you are wiling to talk about problems that he sees in the relationship to- if not, your relationship is pretty much just doomed).
Second, stop thinking that "guys do this or that." Do not group all guys (or girls or races or age groups, etc) together ESPECIALLY when it comes to behavior. Not only is it completely wrong, it will get you in to bad mental habits that will probably come back to haunt you for as long as you continue to think this way. When you have problems with someone, consider them as individuals. Even if fifteen guys you know all do the same thing, you might find that they do it for fifteen different reasons. You can't cure a sickness unless you know what the sickness is, and the same goes for resolving these types of issues.

When he is with male and female friends, he doesn't want to answer the question "Who are you with?" or "What are you doing?". He realizes that even thought you may suspect that he is in mixed company, until you know for sure there is always a chance that he doesn't have to deal with things until he can do it in person or away from his friends. It also gives him time to get his story straight and make sure that she doesn't find out about anything that will come back to haunt him. If there is something that he has to hide, he has time to decide if he will hide it, come clean, or just ignore it.

what i figured is honey ur wifey either way it goes so no matter if he's with his boys or another chick he'll answer his phone around you since their already familar with you far as being his girl .him not picking up can be a whole lot of bullshit sweetie don't even stress by thinking bout it girl you'll get all emotional and **** so trust him is what i can say.

Hes looking for someone better. He is trying to keep his options open and by showing everyone that he has a girl it could prevent him from getting some action on the side. SORRY

sometimes when they hang out with their friends and they answer the phone when u call the girl that they hang out with will kinda say stuff and u will think that he is cheating on u and you will fell bad and leave him for something that someone said and it is not like that.

With caller I.D. he knows its you and wants to pi** you off.He also feels that your checking up on him.Try calling from a number that he doesn't know and see what happens.I bet you 10 points he will answer.

I say put him to the test. Have one of your girlfriends call him, one who he doesn't know the phone number to. See if he picks up. Then you call him. If he picks up to your girlfriend but not you, then you should dump his sorry ***. If he picks up you but not your girlfriend, then he's good, but if he picks up neither, then he warrants closer attention.

sounds like hes too busy with others, youre being used by him. so he doesnt know how to say anything to your face.... try find a guy who is very upfront...
