This is more of a venting session, but I wouldn't mind any input. I went out w/ a guy on two dates, everything went awesome...Some other chic that was there when he asked me out started in on him, gave him a piece of her **** and now I'm history. He and I are both 35 and she's like 49 and wears a crap load of makeup and is not a very genuine person. She knew we were going to go out and she knew he was interested in me but she butted in anyways. Now I'm crushed, I feel like crap, and I also feel totally stupid. How is one supposed to act when you get passed over for a piece of old ****. (not trying to upset anyone that's older, Im just pissed off at this particular older lady).
How can people do things so uncool? Dating SUCKS!!!!!

Well actually I don' t get out much because I've been married for 10 years and just divorced. And yes he had fun on our two dates, at least that's what he said to me and a few others. And no I"m not ugly, sorry can't use that excuse. Not mad that I "Lost". Just think it was a crappy situation that's all.

SOme guys no matter the age--NEVER GROW UP!
Being in my 40's also--dating is HARD! but soo worth it!
Keep at it--you'll find someone to be with! Not all guys are
as sexually active as this dude seems to be!
Don't be sad--at least your getting out and having some fun-I know a woman who has never dated after her split-up! SO sad -but true--Remember that guys are like buses--ALWAYS ANOTHER ONE COMING DOWN THE ROAD!

better earlier than later but speaking of earlier ( and im not trying to ruffle your feathers) but did you ever stop to think the dates weren't awesome for him??
im mean the guy isn't just over the legal age and run into what he deems as a sure thing..
Be honest with yourself you are hurt that he turned to somebody else and as a face saver you are using the old " Chestnut " that men think and act with their penis's ( which most do ) but that isn't the point here..
Sorry if i have offended you but it will help you get closure for yourself and move on as opposed to creating a facade..
