There are some good ones

If you want a good, OBJECTIVE biography, try "Adolf Hitler: The Definitive Biography".

Hitler kept a journal, which was printed and forcibly circulated in Germany called Mein Kampf. This would give you Hitler's personal views. I suggest reading both books in order to have more than one perspective.

Adolf Hitler wrote his own autobiography, and justification of his policies. It's called Mein Kampf. (My Struggle)

Adolph Hitler? He seemed to be pretty enthralled with himself, so he probably wrote his own.
