If you want a good, OBJECTIVE biography, try "Adolf Hitler: The Definitive Biography".
Hitler kept a journal, which was printed and forcibly circulated in Germany called Mein Kampf. This would give you Hitler's personal views. I suggest reading both books in order to have more than one perspective.

Adolph Hitler? He seemed to be pretty enthralled with himself, so he probably wrote his own.
