What chocolate is not really chocolate it is made with cocoa butter without the cocoa solids. It maintains the same texture as dark chocolate though. Dark chocolate can be a healthy part of your diet in moderation.

DAAAAAARK is best by far! Its cocoa has antioxidants and white has only empty calories. But who cares? Pay no attention to the calories & fat.

White and milk. I wish I liked dark more, because it has tons of flavenoids that are a kind of potent antioxident that's actually very good for you, but I just can't get myself to like it.

White chocolate has more palm oil or cocoa oil or something. Much more fattening, but mmmmmmmmmmmm.....worth it, baby!
