Typically you will pay a minimum of about $6.00 per square yard, but expect to pay a minimum if the yardage is not very much.
However that said, it is hard to give a ballpark on a vinyl floor without seeing what type of prep work is involved. Some materials will require special underlayments. Some flooring situations will require removal of existing flooring, and if that flooring has asbestos you can either cover it with an underlayment or have a government rated removal asbestos company pull it out, which can be costly. (men in white space suits)
Your area is small, so I doubt if your floor is in perfect condition and ready to lay the new goods that you will pay only $6.00 per square yard, most companies have a minimum. Ours is $125.00.
You have approx. 5.5 - 6 sq yards. Based on a minimal cost in vinyl, and assuming that you would have no prep., just install over existing flooring. A starting price you should expect is about $300.00 I am figuring your material costing approximately $30.00 yd. Don't forget there is an extra charge for pulling toilets and plumbing resets required to do the job. We charge $40.00 to pull and reset the toilet. Which would be included in the minimum.
Just find someone you think is reputable and get at least two bids. Most places don't charge for estimates and if they do, will usually apply the estimate charge back into the job if they get it.
Get a bid, go to angieslist.com and see if anyone there has recommended a flooring company to work with.

It depends on if you want to do it yourself or pay to have someone to do it. It also depends on what you want, you can spend from .50cents a square foot and up depending on the quality, you get what you pay for that's for sure, the cost of glue I think I have seen is the lowest price is about $30 for a 5 gallon bucket and up. Vinyl is not that hard to lay yourself either. And also what kind of traffic will be in that room also would be a factor in what kind to lay also. And for the price of some vinyls you could put laminate or ceramic also for about the same price for more durability. Another thing to think about in price is how good is the floor(subfloor) you are planning to put this on. Most ceramics and woods you can lay over your existing floor now. Some vinyls you may have to take up what is on the floor now.

as long as your current floor or sub floor is in good shape, do it yourself. Easiest is the 12"x12" stick-on vinyl squares. You could stop by any home improvement store and pick up remnant flooring and lay it down yourself with adhesive. If you go to Lowes or Home Depot they won't give you a sales pitch but it will help to know what you want. They usually work with a contractor to lay your floor.

It all depends on what quality of vinyl flooring you'll be using. The prices vary alot. You can save loads of money if you buy vinyl sticky floor tiles and put them down yourself. It's really easy to do and you have lots of choices. ENJOY!
