I've been absolutely single for 20 of my 22 sexually active years, the reasons are not important for here but be careful not to throw away something that could be great, solitude can be a lonely place.

True. There is a lot less hastle being single but if you don't have the bad times you don't have the good. Life is all about the ups and downs and it's the same in a relationship. One day you may argue over what to watch on TV but the next day you might go to the beach and play with a frisbee. Sometimes my girlfriend really annoys me but other times I love her to bits and this is just life. A person who chooses to be single is a person who cannot accept others. Some people have to live alone as they cannot stay in a relationship and blame the other person constantly until they decide that they are better off alone. This is just admitting that you can't make a relationship work no matter how good the other person is.

Being single is easier and it can be fine if it makes you happy.
There are people who "need" to be in a relationship or else they don't feel complete....these are the people that get into trouble.
But when you're in a good place in your life and you have your head on straight and take your time a relationship can be a good thing.

True the single life is simpler, but I find it very lonely. So I think that the questions is more who wants to be on their own? Besides, sex is so much better when you've got someone to share it with.

Amen to that. I'd much rather be by myself than in a horrible relationship. Believe me, I've been there, and I'm much happier now. There's worse things than being a bit lonely. That's what friends are for!

I think so too. I have been single for 19 years and it is great. You don't have to always wonder what you are going to cool supper, and your house stays mucccch cleaner.

you are soo right i cant handle being in relationships with guys its too stressfull! its better when the only person you have to worry about is yourself!
