You should be able to access it through the company, bank, or financial institution that instituted it. If it is accessed through a bank account, it should show up as an ATM or debit payment. Also, any atm should help you access the information, but I recommend doing it through the financial institution that issued the card to avoid any fees.

If it's a Debit Card go 2 your personnal bank site & all your transactions will be on your statement that's where I find mine.

Go to your bank. Tell them the range you want printed out and they will print it out for a small fee.
