If it happened all of a sudden, and your pc was working normally before. Then it could be that your hard disk is not able to connect to your computer. Either the cables connecting the hard disk are loosened, or your hard disk has got problems in it.

try changing the boot options to floppy-hdd(whatever letter it has)-and cd-rom in the bios, or just put a boot disk in the driver...

enter bios (f1 or del at startup) and change boot proiority to cd rom as first boot device.
